Arthur Popera is a voice actor based in Los Angeles, California. Growing up in Asia and moving to the United States at the age of 13, Arthur's fondness for animation and video games ignited a passion for voice work and performance. Arthur has also taken courses at Lauren Adams Voice Over Productions.
